The Military University building is used for enhancements and promotions of your footmen, archers, and cavalry units. Promotion and Enhancements require corresponding technologies to be researched, and upgrading the training camps ( Barracks, Archery Range, Stable ) will unlock higher tier units. The building cannot be upgraded.
