Town Hall Building

The Town Hall building is one of the first buildings to be upgraded in Rise of Empires. It allows you to place Stationing Heroes and use their skills to boost resource production, increase training or building speed, and other useful skills. Each stationing hero has his own special skills. Some of these skills can be continually active and do not require any input from you, while others need to be manually triggered and be on a cooldown. Upgrading the building will increase the available spots where you can place your stationing heroes.
